Free Legal Help Available: Struggling with a legal issue? The Norristown Hospitality Center offers two legal clinics each month in partnership with both Episcopal Legal Aid and Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Both clinics offer free legal services to people in need in the Norristown area.
The clinic offered by Episcopal Legal Aid operates on select Monday mornings. At the clinic, we are happy to discuss any non-criminal issue, including:
- Evictions
- Benefit Questions
- Pending Court Cases
- Wills
- Medical Directives
About Episcopal Legal Aid:
The Episcopal Legal Aid is a non-profit organization that provides free legal services to people in need in the Norristown area. They are committed to helping our clients achieve justice and build a better future for themselves.
The clinic offered by Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania operates on select Thursdays from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. At the clinic, we are happy to discuss any non-criminal issue, including:
- Social Security benefits (denials, overpayments, initial applications, etc.)
- Public Benefits (SNAP, Medicaid, denials & overpayments)
- Expungements, Record Sealing (Clean Slate) & Pardons
- Housing (eviction, habitability, public or subsidized housing, rent-to-own)
- Unemployment Compensation
- Bankruptcy, Consumer Law, & Debt Relief
- Family Law (child custody or divorce)
- Domestic Violence & Protection from Abuse

If you are interested in getting help from either of our legal clinics, please call 610-277-1322 and ask for Clara. Clara will add your name to the Legal Clinic list. You can always come to the Norristown Hospitality Center on the day of the clinic for services. We will be happy to meet with you and discuss your legal issue.
No appointment is necessary, but we do encourage you to arrive early as space is limited.
