The Arize Program brings confidence and financial self-sufficiency to participants through education, coaching, and support at every step. Employment stability serves as the base from participants will build momentum towards their aspirations, even if they have no prior work history.
Prior to entering the program, potential participants are interviewed to make sure they are ready for full-time employment. Once we have identified appropriate participants, they go through a week-long training course that focuses on equipping them with the most critical employment skills. Following the course, participants should aim to secure and maintain employment to further advance toward financial sustainability. The Arize Program ultimately looks to bring local community members out of poverty by helping them overcome barriers to entering the workforce.
