You are invited to join us for a night of solidarity with those who are experiencing homelessness. The “One Night Without A Home” Sleep Out is a powerful event that raises awareness and critical funds to support those who are living on the streets of Norristown and the surrounding communities.
On Thursday, November 16th, we will gather on the steps of the Montgomery County Courthouse to sleep outside for one night. This experience will give us a glimpse into the challenges that our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness face every day. We will learn about the root causes of homelessness, hear from a community member who has experienced homelessness firsthand, and come together as a community to take action.

To support individuals and families who are facing homelessness through Norristown Hospitality Center’s life-changing programs.
To create a world where everyone has a safe place to sleep.
What to Expect
Sleep Out is a rain or shine event for those who are 18 years of age or older. We will provide a safe and supportive environment for all sleepers.
Prior to the event, you will receive an email with more information about what to bring and what to expect.
Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to check in and meet other sleepers.
Throughout the evening, there will be educational activities, inspiring stories, and time for reflection.
In the morning, we will wake up together and share a cup of coffee or hot chocolate.

If you are unable to sleep out, but would like to attend our evening program, please register as a non-sleeper. The evening program will run from 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
